Fender Block - Composite

Composite fenders consist of a rubber profile with a wear-resistant UHMW-PE top layer with a low friction coefficient.

The two materials are bonded together by means of vulcanization, creating a permanent bond.

Composite fenders are usually mounted between two strips or in a U-beam. The necessary mounting holes are made through the side of the fender. Composite fenders are available in any desired length and the ends can be provided with a chamfered side.
