Shipping & pick up

Delivery time
We deliver many articles directly from our own stock. If you order these items before 4 p.m., they will be processed the same day and transferred to Post NL, which usually delivers the next day (with the exception of Sunday) (this applies within the Netherlands, Belgium).

If you order an item that we have in stock and you order an item that we do not have in stock, in the same order, the delivery time of the latter item (usually within 4 working days) applies. If an item has a longer delivery time, you will receive a message with the planned delivery date. We can then decide on a partial delivery.

As soon as your shipment has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via this tracking number.

Shipping & postage
During the checkout process, you can choose how your package should be shipped.

For example with Post NL parcel service or pick up at 1 of the 3,500 pick-up points. The latter offers you maximum freedom and convenience, since you do not have to wait for the parcel deliverer. In addition, many collection points are open until 9 p.m. It is possible to choose a different delivery address, independent of the billing address. This way you can place an order and have it delivered elsewhere. In some cases this can be useful, for example having your order delivered to your work address. Below an overview of the options and shipping costs, you can also see the shipping costs when you put an article in your shopping cart, so you will never be faced with surprises.

In the Netherlands:

Post NL Shipping:
We ship with Post NL for orders up to € 75, - for an amount of € 6.95 Including VAT.
Above the amount of € 75, shipping is free *.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your package.
Your package will be delivered to the address indicated by you. Upon receipt, you will be asked by the delivery person to sign for receipt.
In the unlikely event that you are not present, the package will be offered one more time or, if possible, delivered to your neighbors. In some cases, your package will be delivered to you at "not at home" at the nearest collection point of the relevant carrier.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send orders to a PO box. This is because a signature is usually required before receipt of the order.
